In Illinois, CHFF assisted in setting goals for building a balance sheet and meeting capital needs for equipment and facilities renovation and replacement.

In Colorado, CHFF completed a debt capacity analysis for a new construction project. The client was able to design the project with a realistic budget and avoided extensive value engineering.

In Connecticut, a housing and service organization engaged CHFF to provide an analysis of the organization’s financial position in conjunction with their own strategic planning process. We prepared a credit profile and debt capacity analysis which culminated in a presentation to their Board of our findings.
