Since its founding in 1991, CHFF has worked with community based behavioral healthcare organizations in more than a dozen states across the country to obtain access to capital.  Our services have taken a wide variety of forms including serving as financial advisor for tax-exempt bond financing programs, serving as a financial guarantor for tax-exempt bond financing programs, and providing direct loans to organizations.  Our services are available to non-profit organizations across the country.
